Does Your

Online Reputation

Depend On Reviews?

According to a survey by Search Engine Land, 72% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations from real people. Positive customer reviews may be the single most effective marketing you can do for your business. But how do you do it?

We provide services that get your customers spreading the good word about your business on the sites that matter. Our solution helps you tactfully ask and remind customers for feedback, guides them through the online review process, and gives you a chance to reach dissatisfied customers before they write a negative review.

Why are reviews so important to your brand?

The Good Ol’ Days Are Back – But Even Better!

Back in the good ol’ days before the internet (those of us old enough to remember that far back), we’d often see a sign in the shops we frequented that said:

“If you liked the service we provided you, please tell others, and if not, please tell us. Thank You”.

Well, Get Great Reviews is just that – But it’s online where most of your customers are talking about you (yes people are talking about you, so might as well get used to it).

So it make sense to be where your customers are today and make it easy for them to tell you – and more importantly, everyone else, just what they’re thinking.

So how does this work?

We make it requesting reviews easy by providing you the tools to send automatic “thank you” links and asking for feedback in a friendly way.

Most of the time, the link will by by email, but we also offer SMS, buttons for your website and even the ability to setup a kiosk (optional extra) right inside your premises so that people can share their thougths in the way you prefer to engage with them.

We integrate with all the reviews sites you could ever think of. (over 50 review sites worldwide & even custom options)

And to be clear, this is not about stopping bad reviews from going public. That can still happen. But all too often the reason bad reviews go public is because you weren’t able to find out there was a problem fast enough to solve it.

This is why it’s so important to ask your customers to provide a review as soon as possible after they’ve done business with you and when you ask using Get Great Reviews, you retain a better chance of solving issues before they turn into bad press.

Where do these reviews go?

If they leave positive feedback, our system can automatically invite them to post their thoughts on the review platform of their choice (i.e. Google, Facebook, etc).

If they leave negative feedback in your request for review, Get Great Reviews sends you an email with their thoughts – and keeps it really friendly  so that you get a better chance to resolve their issue. That should result in more happy customers, fewer bad reviews, and a lot more great reviews!

How can make the most of my great reviews?

Promoting your brand through great reviews is easy with Get Great Reviews since it’s able to publish your reviews on your social media feeds.

That means the reviews that you want to promote be can be put directly on your Facebook and Twitter feeds and even on your website.

Your brand is what your customers say it is!

No matter how much you believe in your brand, your products and business, the truth is, your customers are the ones that determine if your brand is worth saying nice things about.

Remember that bad reviews aren’t always bad for business.  A bad review can actually turn into a good review if you solve problems and show your customers how much you care.

Research shows that customers develop more loyalty from a well-handled complaint than if there was no complaint to start with! So, take it on the chin and be thankful for the opportunity to get a second chance when things go wrong.

When your customers share how happy they are with your business, don’t just be thankful, share the love! After all, we all want know about happy customers – and that’s how Get Great Reviews will help build your brand with loyal fans.
