CAN I CHANGES PLANS?
Yes you can! If you are on a monthly plan, you go up or down from the basic or advance plan. But chances are, once you’ve seen and used the the advanced plan, you’ll stick with it. But you’re the best judge of that.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Your billing will be based on either the month anniversary or year anniversary from the day you join. For example, if you join on the 4th day of a month, your next billing will be on the 4th of the following month. Of course, for shorter months, if you joined on the last day(s) of the month the time will be adjusted forward to the first day of the next month (i.e. October 31st will result in December 1st – then back to December 31st)
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and direct debit. All funds are in Australian dollars.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES?
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you tell us otherwise. The last thing we want to do is interrupt the service when it’s helping you grow your online reputation.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REACH A DATA LIMIT?
Actually, there’s no real data limit. We’ve not yet found a client we can’t service.
HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT INFO?
All payments are managed through either Stripe secure payments or Paypal for Business. Both are state of the art payment gateways with top tier reputation for securing your payments and your privacy.
